Journeys' Heart Tree Project is aimed at providing gifts to people with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities who are served by our program, many of whom do not have family members left to spend the holidays with. Those served by the Heart Tree might not otherwise receive a gift on Christmas morning if not for your generosity! Please follow the instructions on the upcoming pages to select a gift or gifts for an individual. All gifts are due to be returned to Journeys in Community Living's main facility no later than 4 p.m. Dec. 17, 2017. Gifts may be dropped off in person or mailed to our main facility at 1130 Haley Road, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129. If you plan to drop off in person, please be aware that our regular office hours are Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
