Ways to Donate
Your support helps us connect adults with disabilities and older adults in Middle Tennessee with programs and services that enable them to live with maximum independence and dignity.
Journeys In Community Living is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations of money, time, or equipment may be tax-deductible with direction from your tax professional. We can provide a written receipt of donated items for your tax deduction.

You can make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. JICL relies on the generosity of our community to help sustain and grow our programs. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution today.

Event Sponsorship
Each year, JICL hosts a Fall banquet, with proceeds going to support our programs and services. Last year’s event was a grand celebration of our 50th Anniversary. Through the years, local businesses and individuals have supported the event by becoming financial sponsors. Sponsors receive tickets to the event, signage, and broad recognition. Volunteer Your Time
Your contributions are important to us, but the most valuable contribution of all is your time. You may find our fundraising events or any of our special projects of particular interest to you. Or perhaps you may have some ideas of your own that may be of great interest to us. If you are intrigued and want to help sustain these vital services, please contact us.
Kroger Rewards
To support JICL, all you have to do is register your Kroger shopping card, and Kroger will donate a percentage of your total bill to Journeys In Community Living every time you shop.

The Holiday Heart Tree
In late November, JICL offers the community an opportunity to share a little holiday joy by providing gifts to the adults served by our programs. Recognizing that every person deserves to feel the joy of the Christmas holidays, our Heart Tree program provides gifts to the adults we support. Check back to adopt one of our adults and show them that they are valued and loved.
